Grillin' Season!

A couple of weekends ago, the weather was finally perfect! So, we called Mel and Corey, and they came over for a good old fashioned grill-n-chill. We lit a fire in the chimnea, ate some great food, had a couple of brews, and relaxed....it was GREAT! We grilled up some steak, veggies, hot dogs, sausages, chicken, and even some crab claws.

Corey, Holly, and Mel enjoying the weather.

Bryen, I just had to show you what your missing!

Tonight, Holly and I grilled up some chicken stuffed with cheesy potatoes, shrimp, mushrooms (for Holly.....YUK!), and a nice thick juicy steak.

Happy Grilling!

Oh, you think so? FYI, I've gone through about 60 lbs. of Kingsford since Feburary 1st... and remind me to give you the recipe for Bryen's Killer Smoked Bourbon Wings. You might have to fire up the offset-firebox smoker again.

Oh, and Corey -- what's up with the Wisconsin sweatshirt? What's next? Oh, wait, I know. Check my blog - I updated it with a view from the future...

Ziggy,
That really looks alot better than the surf and turf that we endured at the DFAC . And alas, No more near-beer . I have not cooked out in America for a couple of years . Once I start back we can sell our stove because I will cook every meal on the grill . Happy cooking , miss you bro . Say hey to Holly and the kids for me . Larry the "Henchman"
